ECO-FRIENDLY CEMENT PRODUCTS

Cement products designed for both the ready-mix and precast industry to reduce emissions and improve performance / durability of various concrete products.

Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), the cement powder used all around the world for concrete, accounts for a whopping 8% of global CO2 emissions.

With only 12-17% of the mass, traditional OPC accounts for more than 95% of the embodied CO2 of concrete.

In fact, OPC accounts for 0.9 kg CO2 per kg of cement.* 60-65% of this comes during the decarbonation of limestone.

Replacing OPC with green cement requiring significantly less limestone decarbonation and less energy to produce is the biggest opportunity for making significant change for the embodied emissions of concrete - reducing a good chunk of our global CO2 emissions.

Our flagship Bonhomie Cement is a good start in this journey - eliminating >61% of embodied emissions from infrastructure concrete - while providing a significantly more durable and longer-lasting product.

We know we have a long ways to go to get to zero emission concrete but Bonhomie Cement is a major step in the right direction and is market ready today.

Our flagship green cement, which reduces embodied CO2 of concrete by more than 61% depending on mix design and placing techniques. Bonhomie Cement is a hydraulic cement that is a direct replacement for high carbon-emitting Ordinary Portland Cement. Provides extremely high durability suitable for harsh environments such as high sulphate and salt water environments such as sea walls. It homogeneously mixes with water, sand, and aggregates to create high-performance, eco-friendly concrete.

Bonhomie™ Ultra-Low Shrinkage Cement

A direct replacement for OPC that provides ultra-low volume shrinkage of concrete . Homogeneously mix desired percentage with OPC, water, sand, and aggregates to create low-shrinkage concrete. Improves embodied CO2 of concrete.
